The Book of Na'Lon

or rather, Inane Ramblings of an Expatriot

I managed to acquire a nice turquoise wallet today.

Oh, and a T-shirt in the sales. The former was a planned buy, the latter a bit of impromptu retail therapy, cos I have been feeling low.

When I got home, I decided to do some prep for the move and ended up semi-cataloguing all of our videos and DVDs in this little index book I found. Just the ones recorded of the TV to do now. That'll probably take longer than all the rest put together.

Maybe I'll get to do some retail therapy on Monday, which I have now booked off, because Nivetta decided to come to London on Tuesday instead, and I decided that Boss, Aquinas, Romanian and Hedonist are more than capable of holding the fort on their own.

I tried again and came away with a tolerable new piccy :)

Piccy is pretty good. I like the way you solved the hair dilemma! :-)

It occurred to me that this is what I do when my hair looks dreadful in real life, so it might work in the picture maker as well :)

Oo very cool! Wiggly eared chick approves.

Huh? I take it you were replying to Pellegrina with your comment, Eudesia.

Shopping is good for the soul.

If you have money, maybe... ;-)

Also I can't help thinking that shopping is probably better for the management of the store than it is for the soul of the shopper. But then I am among the 25% of women who find shopping a complete downer!
